We’re looking for 5 smart, ambitious Sales Development reps who can help us grow.

A successful Sales Development Rep supports the inside sales team by identifying and qualifying high-level business executives through telephone and email communications.  He or she will critically review client’s interest level, need and authority to ensure our products are a good match for helping them achieve their employee training and development goals.  Work hours are M-F 8:30-5. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Qualify marketing leads and sets up sales calls for inside sales team
  • Track and report efforts
  • Make 100+ calls daily
  • Manage time and priorities to achieve optimal results

Qualifications: 

  • A minimum of one to two years of work experience, preferably in B2B or high-end retail sales or marketing.  Recent college graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills. You need to be able to speak fluently with business professionals.
  • Incredibly high motivation. We want people who are ambitious enough to see themselves as high-income salespeople several years out.
  • A great attitude. You need to understand one of the most profound maxims ever: "Successful people do the things mediocre people don't want to do."
  • Willingness to be coached.  We're in the training business, and we're very good at developing talent.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of social media. You need to be able to use the Internet, particularly LinkedIn, to find information about prospects.

$30k - $35k (based on experience) plus up to $10K bonus. Benefits package including healthcare and 401(k)
